Do you offer finance?

Yes, here at HML Motors we offer a variety of different finance options as we try and tailor our finance packages to the customers requirements. We have finance packages to suit all budgets.

Who do you use for finance?

We use a wide range of finance lenders and choose the most appropriate lender for you based on your individual requirements and the vehicle you are purchasing.

Do you deliver?

Yes - we can deliver your car nationwide at a reasonable cost. Please speak with our sales team who can advise on delivery costs. We always aim to give you the best possible service.

Do you accept part exchange?

Yes we do. We try and offer you the best value for your vehicle to help you with the purchase of your new vehicle. Please speak with a member of our sales team to get a part exchange valuation.

Where are you located?

We are located in the town of Chorley in Lancashire. We are 2.3 miles from M61 Junction 8 and 5.8 miles from M6 Junction 28. We are also only 32 Miles from Manchester airport and 0.5 miles from Chorley train and bus station.

Do you offer collection from the Train/Bus station?

Yes, we are happy to collect customers from the local train and bus station.

Do you have a waiting room?

Yes we do, where you can help yourself to a hot/cold drink and snacks and watch tv.

Do you have free WIFI?

Yes we do, Please ask a member of staff for the password.

Where is the nearest railway station?

The nearest railway station is Chorley station which is 0.5 miles from our dealership. We are happy to collect our customers. There is a regular service to Chorley from Manchester, Preston and Bolton. There is also a regular direct service from Manchester airport to Chorley station.

Do you buy Cars?

Yes we do. We are always interested in purchasing the type of stock which we sell. Once a price is agreed we will send the money to your preferred bank account via electronic bank transfer.

Do I have to book a Viewing/Test Drive

No you don't have to book a viewing or test drive but it is advised to call beforehand to ensure the vehicle is still available. Don't worry if you have set off on your journey and another customer comes for that particular vehicle before you arrive we will advise the customer that you are on your way so you will get first choice. All we ask is if you change your mind or can't make it please notify a member of our sales team via phone or email.

Can you settle the outstanding finance on my car?

Yes we can - If you are selling us your vehicle or part exchanging it we can settle the outstanding finance on your behalf and we will deduct the amount from the final balance.

Can I sell my car through HML Motors?

Yes here at HML Motors we can sell your car for you. For fees, eligibility and further information please visit the 'We can sell your car' page which is listed under 'our services' or call a member of our sales team.

Do you offer a warranty?

All of our vehicles come with our care package which consists of 3 months RAC warranty, 12 months RAC breakdown, HPI check, Gold Valet, 62 point mechanical check, Minimum 6 months MOT and a service if required. The warranty can be extended to lifetime depending on eligibility.

What are your opening hours

Are opening hours are: Monday - Friday: 09:30 - 17:30
Saturday: 09:00 - 16:00
Sunday:By Appointment

We are also open to appointments out of these hours. Please call a member of our sales team to discuss further. During festive periods or bank holidays please check our opening times on our contact page.

Is the car ready to drive away on the same day?

Yes, All of our cars here at HML Motors come with a minimum 6 months MOT and a gold valet ready for you to drive away.

How do I tax the vehicle?

We can help you tax your vehicle. You will have the option to purchase 6 months, 12 months or set up a DIRECT DEBIT to pay for your vehicle tax in monthly instalments.

Do you have toilet facilities?

Yes we do

Can I pay on my card?

Here at HML Motors we offer a wide range of payment options. All major Debit and Credit Cards are accepted but please be aware Credit or Business Cards will incur a 3% charge. Payment can also be made via BACS transfer. Please contact us if you require our bank details.

How often do you get new stock?

Please visit our website daily as we are always getting new stock on a daily basis.
